Hi Crew, for not being open there is a lot of information to communicate to you all. Most will be coming out over the next several days. I will be sending messages via email, text, our website and social media. Not everyone gets the information delivered through just one or two sources. Tell your other friends in the gym if you think they may not be getting any of these communications. Though I know some of you are not necessarily social media people, it’s definitely the easiest way to reach all. Dear RFCF members, due to govenor’s order we will be forced to close effective immediatley. Stay tuned for further details. In the meantime we will continue post at home workouts you can find each day on our website. If possible we may hold outside workouts weather permitting, again, stay tuned. I’m sorry we have to do this but hopefully we’ll get through this quickly. Stay positive and stay strong. Dear RFCF crew, in light of the recent developments related to the COVID-19 virus, we’d like to inform you of the steps we will be taking to ensure everyone that RFCF will be a safe place to continue to train. This weekend, after the Saturday morning class, we will be doing a complete disinfecting and sanitizing of the gym. This will include a thorough cleaning of all equipment… bars, kettlebells, DB’s rower and bike handles, PVC’s, bumper plates etc.. This will also include all door knobs, light switches, faucet handles, floor and anything else that gets touched within the gym. Everything will be cleaned with a bleach solution. The CDC says a mild bleach solution will kill all viruses. What we will be asking of you starting Monday is the following… 1: After entering the gym, please go to the bathroom and wash your hands before touching any gym equipment....

Better late than never, we’ve got a MARCH CHALLENGE for you guys! • 100 squats/day, every day, for the entire month of March! If you complete the entire month, your name will be put in a drawing for a free month of CrossFit! (We will be doing challenges in April and May as well, to draw for a free month in June.) Here are the rules: 1️⃣ You cannot make up your squats on other days, you must do 100 every day.
