1/2 point for every pound of heaviest 1 rep deadlift acheived
1 pt- air squat
1 pt for each calorie on rower
1 pt for 10 single unders
3 pts for 10 double unders
3 pts- burpee
3 pts- pullup
7 pts- handstand pushup
10 pts- rope climb
20 pts- legless rope climb
