3rd hole: 100 abmat situps   Par 2

4th hole: 50 wall ball shots (#20/#14)   Par 3

5th hole: 30 overhead squats (#85/#55)   Par 2

6th hole: 50 box jumps (24″/20″)   Par 3

7th hole: 50 ground to overhead with bumper plate (#45/#25)   Par 2

8th hole: 30 hang power cleans (#115/#85)   Par 3

9th hole: 150 double unders   Par 4
