It is scalable in all aspects making it the perfect fitness regime for any committed individual regardless of experience. All of our CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, the core movements of life.
If you are not interested in group classes, we have a personal training program just for you. Our personal training program provides an individualized approach to your training. It will be a customized training program tailored for you and your current fitness abilities. You will work with a coach 1-on-1 to reach your fitness goals
CrossFit Kids is a fun physical fitness program with the emphasis on FUN! 5 week sessions are run throughout the year and are broken into different age groups for kids ages 3-12 .Regardless of whether kids play sports, healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift and jump, effectively and safely.
This class is intended to expose you to workouts with higher intensity, higher volume, higher skill levels, and a faster pace to challenge your mental and physical prowess. This class is less formal, being guided by a coach, but ultimately each individual is responsible for their personal level of fitness and necessary modifications. Come throw down and enjoy a more competitive environment to challenge your inner athlete!!
