Starting Monday (3/23), in addition to our at home body weight WODs, we will be programming a “weighted object” workout, workouts which can be performed with a single weighted object. This will add a lot of variety and new challenges to our workouts. Both workouts will be found on our website as well as the Zen Planner member app. Every day’s workout will also be accompanied with a coaching video to assistant you. We’ve loaned out a ton of gear for this purpose and there is still more available. Otherwise, we will also be showing how to make your own weighted object very simply out of a backpack.
