Starting at RFCF

All memberships with Roaring Fork CrossFit begin with our Elements Program. This program prepares you to begin our daily classes (WODs – Workouts Of the Day). During the Elements Program, we will introduce you to the basic movements  necessary for proficiency in CrossFit workouts. This program emphasizes technique, which when mastered, will ensure your safety and success and will become a precursor to increased levels of intensity.

The Elements Program consists of three, 2  hour class periods.  Please wear work-out clothes and shoes, and bring water as you will be moving throughout the class, and the day will end with a workout that incorporates the new mechanics learned in that day’s lesson.  All of the workouts are scalable and can be modified to individual abilities. The difficulty of these workouts depends on how much you are ready to push yourself.

Private Elemants classes may also available depending on time and availability. Please inquiry within as to rates and possible times for a private Elements session.
