How To Get Started and What To Expect
Each free intro class will begin with a few minutes to discuss your goals, any physical or medical issues, and answer any questions you may have.
You’ll be led through a warm up and a workout alongside one of our regularly scheduled daily classes with your own one-on-one coach.
Every trial workout can and will be scaled to your individual fitness level. No need to fear you’re not “fit enough” or “not ready” to begin. We’ll customize each class to your needs, altering loads, duration and movements as necessary to give you the best possible experience.
