Power and Scaling
How much importance do you place on "RX'ing" a workout? Do you feel as if RX'ing is going to yield better results in the long run to your progress than if you scale a WOD? Maybe not. Saturday July 13th WOD at BHS
For Saturday's WOD we will meet at Basalt High School at 9:00. Do not come to the gym. Be prepared to do some running.This workout will cover approx 3 miles in total distance with movement stations staggered along the course.
