December Elements ClassDecember 8, 2015
Start CrossFit with our December Elements class beginning Monday, 12/14. This will be the first in a series of 3 classes designed to teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit and prepare you to enter any of our regularly scheduled workouts. These classes will be held Mon 12/14, Tues 12/16, and Weds 12/17 at 6 PM. Each class will run approximately an hour and a half. Go here to sign up
CrossFit For K9sSeptember 9, 2015
Join us October 10th for a friendly CrossFit competition to benefit Lucy Day Animal Rescue. Come to compete or participate in any of 3 levels of workouts, from competitive to first timers wanting to try a CrossFit workout scaled to your ability level. There will even be a kids event as well. No need to compete to participate and support Lucky Day. Come spectate, cheer on the competitors and enjoy a beer and BBQ following the event.&
Memorial Day Weekend ScheduleMay 22, 2015
There will only be one workout on Monday, May 25th at 9 am. We will be doing the annual Memorial Day classic workout "Murph" This year our workout will be open to any non RFCF members as well for a drop in fee of $15, all of which will be donated to The Hero's Project. There will be many scaling options available so this workout can be completed by everyone. Also, there will be no Mobility WOD or open gym on Sunday the 24th. S

New Elements Class
Our next Elements Class will begin Tuesday, September 4th .It will run Tuesday the 4th, Wednesday the 5th and Friday the 7th the first week, and M/W/F the 10th, 12th, and 14th, the following week. You may choose between attending at either 8am or 6pm on any of the scheduled days. Each session will last 1 hour.Contact us if you’d like more information or if you’d like to add your name to the roster for this session.
New Oly/Barbell Classes
We've begun our weekly olympic lifting/barbell classes. Class times are Tues @ 6pm, Thurs @ 8am, and Sat at 4pm. Join us and improve your proficiency with everything barbell!
