Bree, Blake and Ryan showed up for a early Sat WOD. Since none of them were there for Friday’s WOD, I told them the Wod I was going to post would have more Burpees than yesterdays which was still listed on the board, and gave them a choice. Naturally Blake opted for yesterdays WOD so the 3 of them did great on a tough workout this morning.

Team member 1 will run 400 meters while teammate 2 completes as many reps as possible of each movement during the time it takes for first teammate to complete the 400 meters.
The movements are:
Med ball cleans
Kettlebell swings
Deadlifts
Burpees
Tire jumps
Once team member 1 has completed 400 meters they switch, then they may move to the next movement.
Reminder: We will be closed on Thanksgiving day. Friday we will have a noon workout and Saturdays will now move back to 8:00 Am and will continue through the winter if there is a demand for a Sat workout. We may find everyone will be busy putting all this hard earned elite fitness to the test on the slopes over the weekends so Sat workouts couldbe subject to change unless the demand is there. Let us know your opinions on this.

The schedule for this coming week will be unchanged Mon-Wed. We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. If this really disappoints you do 100 Burpees for time in your living room for the WOD. We will hold one workout on Fri, we’re thinking maybe at noon, but we’re open for suggestions of all who might be interested in a workout on that day. Saturday will also be noon but we need to know if everyone would like to move this back to an AM workout since the ski season will be underway and you may want to be out skiing and riding. Yesterday’s Workout was a Hoot! Uff da! It was nearly two hours long, but fun was had by all. Thanks to all of those who came out!
