With a continuously running clock, do 1 pull up the 1st minute, 2 pull ups the 2nd minute and so on until you cannot keep up with the clock.

Workout of The Day

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

3 Burpees

6 Ring Dips

9 Box Jumps
